FACILITY USE AGREEMENT

• Living Rock Church reserves the right to refuse rental of buildings to Organizations and Persons who are not in sympathy or agreement with Living Rocks Principles and Values.
• Renters must obtain General Liability Insurance for their Organization.
• Living Rock Church is not responsible for accidents or injury to the renter(s), guests, visitors, or any other persons or for the loss of money or valuables of any kind. Renter(s) do hereby agree to release, acquit, and forever discharge Living Rock, its officers, affiliates, agents, servants, employees, its personal representatives, successors and assigns, and any and all other persons, firms, or corporations in privities with it, of and from any and all claims, demands, and causes of action, that renter(s) may have, have had, or ever have arising out of or by reason of the renter(s)’ rental for their event and activities.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OR SMOKING IS ALLOWED ON THE CHURCH PROPERTY AT ANY TIME.
• NO FOOD OR BEVERAGES are allowed inside the SANCTUARY at any time. Any damage or replacement cost due to FOOD and DRINKS will be the RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RENTER.
• Sanctuary Use does not include equipment’s and instruments belonging to Living Rock Church
• The renter is responsible for setting up and break down tables and chairs used during the functions
• All areas of the facilities must be left as they were found, Sanctuary, Bathrooms, classrooms, etc…
• Renter shall provide for their own DISPOSABLE supplies when using the kitchen ( plates, cups, spoons, forks, garbage bags, etc..)

General Use Expectations

The following general cleaning is required at the conclusion of the service

a. Pick up all trash both inside and outside of the building.

b. Bag all trash and leave it by the back door (on the inside of the building).

c. Wipe down all tables and countertops.

d. Remove all decorations and staging items after the event.

e. Remove all food and other items from the kitchen and refrigerator that were brought by your group.

RENTAL FEES

LIVING ROCK SHALL CHARGE the RENTER the amount of $150.00 for a day use.

Consent and Release:

I have read this Agreement and hereby covenant and agree to all of the general terms and specific conditions set out and, in particular, hereby covenant and agree that I am personally responsible and obligated to comply with the conditions outlined therein. I further acknowledge and agree that any breach of any of the conditions may result in the termination of my right to use the Premises at the discretion of LIVING ROCK CHRISTIAN CHURCH

In consideration of the covenants and agreements made by the Applicant, I hereby accept this application on behalf of Living Rock Christian Church so as to permit the Applicant the right to use the Premises at the time or times specified therein.
